List notifications for a user

Lists notifications for a user. Use pageSize to control the number of results and pageToken to continue through paginated results; optionally use filter to narrow the list.

200Returns a page of notifications and a `nextPageToken` for retrieving the next page when more results are available.

Error handling

The user path parameter identifies whose notifications to list. pageSize is an integer, and pageToken carries the token for a subsequent page; use filter to narrow the results.
