Get multiple instance settings

Retrieves multiple instance settings in a single request. Provide the resource names in names; the response returns the matching settings in the same order as the requested names.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

Request for instance settings by resource name. Supply the required names array.

The resource names of the instance settings. Format: instance/settings/{setting}

2 status codes
200Returns the requested instance settings in the same order as the names in the request.
settingsarray<object>optional
The instance settings in the same order as the input names.
defaultReturns a standard error object containing an error code, developer-facing message, and optional details.
codeintegeroptional
The status code, which should be an enum value of [google.rpc.Code][google.rpc.Code].
messagestringoptional
A developer-facing error message, which should be in English. Any user-facing error message should be localized and sent in the [google.rpc.Status.details][google.rpc.Status.details] field, or localized by the client.
detailsarray<object>optional
A list of messages that carry the error details. There is a common set of message types for APIs to use.

Error handling

names is required and must contain the resource names in the format instance/settings/{setting}.
